I help women in tech move from overthinking and overwhelm to calm, self-trust and confidence under pressure.

Self-Love Coach - Author - Speaker

For more than 20 years, I worked in technology and information management, so I know what it’s like to build a career in fast-moving, high-pressure environments where there is always another deadline, another change and something new to learn.

I also know what it’s like to look completely capable on the outside while putting enormous pressure on yourself underneath.

To overthink the meeting afterwards. Question whether you said the right thing. Work harder to prove yourself. Say yes when you’re already at capacity. And struggle to switch off when the working day ends.

For years, I thought the answer was to keep achieving, keep pushing and become even more capable.

But capability was never the problem.

I had learned how to succeed under pressure. I hadn’t learned how to stop abandoning myself within it.

That realisation changed my life and eventually led me to become an internationally accredited self-love coach, author of Living in Love, and creator of the Love Action Methodology.

Today, I bring those two worlds together.

I help high-performing women in tech, data and information-driven roles use small, practical Love Actions to change what happens when pressure hits.

In the meeting. The decision. The deadline. The boundary. The difficult conversation. And in the way you speak to yourself afterwards.

Because you don’t need to become tougher, louder or endlessly more capable to thrive.

You need to trust the woman who is already capable of doing the job.

So you can speak up without rehearsing every word, make decisions without hours of second-guessing, protect your energy without guilt, switch off when work ends and succeed without losing yourself in the process.

That is what it means to Live in Love.

 Our Mission

Simple Acts of Love Will Change the World.

We believe self-love is the root of all love. Our mission is to inspire as many people as possible to put love into action through small, intentional Love Actions that change how we treat ourselves, each other and the world around us.

It starts within.

When we fill our own hearts with love, there is less space for fear, anger and hate to lead the way. We become more compassionate, connected and able to bring that love into our relationships, our workplaces and our communities.

A big part of this mission is helping women in tech move from simply surviving high-pressure environments to thriving within them, without losing themselves along the way. Because every time we choose love over fear, something changes.

In us.
Between us.
And around us.

One person and one Love Action at a time.

Living in Love: The Embodiment Journey

8 Weeks to Feel Calmer Under Pressure, Build Unshakable Self-Trust, and Succeed Without Sacrificing Yourself

Are you tired of looking completely capable on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, exhausted or full of self-doubt underneath?

Do you find yourself overthinking decisions, questioning yourself, pushing through when you’re already at capacity, or struggling to switch off even when the working day is over?

Have you become so used to coping with pressure that you’ve forgotten what it feels like to move through your days with calm, ease and trust in yourself?

If any of this resonates, it’s time to stop simply managing the pressure and start changing how you experience it.

In Living in Love: The Embodiment Journey, I’ll guide you through eight weeks of personalised coaching and the Full-On Love Challenge with bespoke Love Actions that help you quiet your inner critic, regulate overwhelm, strengthen your boundaries and build the self-trust to meet pressure differently.

This isn’t about becoming tougher, working harder or fixing yourself. It’s about making self-love something you practise in real life, until you feel calmer, more confident and grounded in yourself, even when life and work get busy.

This is not self-help. It’s self-rewiring. It’s Living in Love.

Living in Love:

How to Create a Lifestyle of Love, Faith, Bliss, and Crazy-Ass Manifesting (All in Thirty-One Days)

Think of something you love. Now, really concentrate on how wonderful it makes you feel. Next, contemplate feeling like that most of the time, like your life is a warm embrace. Think about how this would impact the people you interact with and the places you go. If even a small percentage of the population decided to live in this close-to-constant loving state, it would have a far-reaching influence. People would be going about their lives in a kinder, gentler fashion.

Wherever you are on your path of love—be it self-love, familial, romantic, or any form of love—I invite you to read Living in Love and introduce yourself to a new way of living; a way of life where love is at the forefront of all your actions, thoughts, words, and gestures; a way of life where you don’t even have to think about it. You are just love, the very state we are meant to be.
