I’m Colinda, and my journey towards a love-filled life where I didn’t spend my days berating myself or pushing myself to the limits, accelerated with my transformative “Full-On Love Challenge.” This is where I committed to ten acts of love each day for a month.

Why I Developed This Programme

These two weeks focus on transforming your inner dialogue. We will let go of our domineering inner critic and step into the compassionate self-awareness of our best friend.
By recognising and understanding the different parts of you that are running the show or crying to be heard, you’ll finish these weeks feeling whole, connected, and grateful for who you are, ready to foster a loving relationship with your inner voice.
Week 4: Unleash Your Inner Cheerleader
This typically takes one week to complete. This is the week where we will release self-criticism and step into self-love.
Through methods that enhance self-compassion and reduce stress, you’ll finish this week feeling closer to your inner cheerleader, ready to celebrate all your accomplishments (regardless if they were done on time!) and embrace your schedule with joy and ease.
Week 5 & 6: Balance Your Life With Ease
These two weeks focus on redefining your approach to tasks and goals. We will kiss goodbye overworking and step into a balanced approach for achieving your dreams.
By redefining your schedule and language around to-dos, you’ll finish these weeks feeling balanced and happy, ready to achieve from a place of serenity and excitement.
Week 7: Start Your Love in Action Challenge
This takes one week to complete. This is the week where we will prepare to embrace the Path to Peace: Four Weeks of Love-Filled Actions challenge.

You’ll understand what is expected from the challenge, what you can gain from it, and select your six Love Actions from the ten provided, and then decide what you would like to do for the remaining four.

Week 8: Set Boundaries, Find Freedom
This generally takes one week to complete. This is the week where we will transition from people-pleasing to establishing clear boundaries. During the session, which begins the first week of your Path to Peace: Four Weeks of Love-Filled Actions, we’ll address any questions, review your Love Actions, and dive into freeing up more of your time by finding your comfort level with saying “no.”
You’ll leave this week knowing your boundaries, feeling more caring towards yourself, and recognising the importance of your own needs.
Week 9: Overflow with Love and Energy
This takes one week to complete. This is the week where we will move from constantly feeling depleted to having an overflowing cup of love and energy. Entering the second week of the Path to Peace challenge, you’ll feel a renewed sense of worth, more love, and a naturally full cup.
We’ll explore how you feel when giving—whether out of obligation or pure desire—across various areas of your life: work, family, friends, community, neighbours, and commitments. Building on setting boundaries from the previous week, we’ll find more ways to keep your cup full. You’ll feel more energetic, enthusiastic, and less stressed, approaching your goals with love.
Week 10: Trust Your Intuition, Ban Burnout
This takes one week to complete. This is the week where we will transition from accepting burnout and stress to practising patience and trusting your intuition. Now in the third week of your Path to Peace: Four Weeks of Love-Filled Actions challenge, you may notice your intuition becoming louder.
We will explore how you perceive and receive your intuition, your level of trust in it, and how following it can reduce stress and prevent burnout. By the end of this week, you’ll have a deeper connection with your intuition, feeling confident in hearing and trusting your inner guide.
Week 11: Feel Love-Full and Abundant
This takes one week to complete. This is the week where we will shift from feeling love-less to love-full and from not enough to more than enough. As you move into the final week of the Path to Peace challenge, we will reflect on how you feel about yourself. The consistent practice of Love Actions has heightened your vibration (feeling great!), created blissful moments, and fostered a deeper sense of self-worth.
You’ll finish this week overflowing with love for yourself and others, with a newfound certainty that you are enough and everything you need is within you.
Week 12: Celebrate Your Love Journey
This takes one week to complete. This is the week where we will review your experience of the Path to Peace: Four Weeks of Love-Filled Actions challenge. We’ll discuss your biggest takeaways, lessons, challenges, and what you loved the most.
We’ll dive into the significant transformations you’ve experienced over the past four weeks and reassess your original acceptance levels. This review will highlight your progress and help us determine any areas that may need further focus in the following weeks to make sure that you are feeling:
- Deeper self-love and greater awareness of your intuition
- More joy and ease in your days with WAY less pressure
- Ready to continue valuing and caring for yourself so you can keep winning but from a place of love, peace, and ease.
Week 13: Embrace Unshakeable Faith
This takes one week to complete. This is the week where we will transition from doubt and fear to complete faith in yourself and the Universe (or whatever word works best for you!). After focusing intensely on love and integrating your inner critic, you may find that you no longer worry or stress. Instead, you have complete faith in yourself and the process, trusting in divine timing.
You’ll finish this week feeling empowered, ready to achieve your goals with confidence and trust.
Week 14: Live in Abundance
This takes one week to complete. This is the week where we will move from a mindset of lack to one of abundance. We’ll introduce fun exercises to foster an abundant mindset, helping you notice the abundance of love, joy, and bliss around you. You’ll begin to see that you have more than enough time and you no longer push yourself beyond healthy limits.
By the end of this week, you’ll be kinder to yourself, practice self-forgiveness, and witness the magic of your wishes unfolding.
Week 15: Recognise Your Global Impact
This takes one week to complete. This is the week where we will shift from feeling like you never give enough to knowing that by living in love, you are changing the world. We’ll address feelings of helplessness, people-pleasing, and guilt, transforming them into a positive mindset where you recognise the impact of your loving actions.
You’ll finish this week feeling like a Global Love Generator, confident that your simple acts of love contribute to a better world.
Week 16: Celebrate Your Incredible Transformation
Welcome to the final week, where we come together to celebrate you and your remarkable journey. In this session, we will:
- Celebrate Your Achievements and Growth: Reflect on the milestones you’ve reached and the progress you’ve made
- Revisit Your Assessments: Revel in the transformation you’ve undergone
- Address Remaining Questions: Discuss any lingering areas or questions you have

How Does It Work?
Each session follows a similar, structure, with content customised to the week’s theme and activities.
We begin with a short grounding breathing exercise to help you relax, followed by a celebration of the previous week’s achievements. Then, we dive into the theme of the current week.
During the 4-week love challenge or after completing a mini week-long love challenge, we’ll dedicate part of the session to reflect on your feelings and what has come up for you during that time.
Included as part of the coaching, the sessions may involve EFT tapping, meditations, visualisations, breath work, and oracle cards.
Before we wrap up, you’ll receive activities and actionable steps to do before the next session that are designed to help your progress within the programme and achieving a balanced life where self-love and ease are the norm.
