I’m Colinda, and my journey towards “living in love” where I didn’t spend my days searching for love in all the wrong places or settling in toxic relationships, accelerated with my transformative “Full-On Love Challenge.” This is where I committed to ten acts of love each day for a month.

Week 1: Discover Your Love Story

This takes one week to complete. This is the week where we shift from confusion to clarity about your levels of self-love. Week 2 & 3: Heal Your Heart & Reclaim Your Power

These two weeks are dedicated to deep heart healing. We will gently release the wounds from past relationships, childhood experiences, and limiting beliefs that have kept you in cycles of unworthiness or unfulfilling love.

Through self-love practices, healing tools, and inner dialogue shifts, you will begin to reclaim your heart as your own and step into your power as the source of love.

Week 4: Embody the Love You Seek

We focus on letting go of external validation, breaking free from the fear of disappointing others, and embracing the truth that you are enough exactly as you are.

Week 7: Start Your Love in Action Challenge

This takes one week to complete. This is the week where we will prepare to embrace the The 4-Week Love Awakening: Break Free, Rise Higher, Love Fiercely challenge.

This challenge is designed to:

  • Deepen your sense of self-love, confidence, and self-worth
  • Elevate your frequency to match the love you desire, and
  • Strengthen your faith in yourself, divine timing, support, and love.

How Does It Work?

Each session follows a similar, structure, with content customised to the week’s theme and activities.

We begin with a short grounding breathing exercise to help you relax, followed by a celebration of the previous week’s achievements.  Then, we dive into the theme of the current week.

During the 4-week love challenge or after completing a mini week-long love challenge, we’ll dedicate part of the session to reflect on your feelings and what has come up for you during that time.

Included as part of the coaching, the sessions may involve EFT tapping, meditations, visualisations, breath work, movement, and oracle cards.
