The Challenge that Changes Lives
I love a good challenge, so it doesn’t surprise me that I came up with one based on love. I call it the Full-On Love Challenge and created it in the fall of 2020. You can learn about how it came to be and how to do it, in my book, Living in Love.
But, to provide some context—I was on a journey of growth and self-discovery and had reached a point where I wanted to become love. I wanted to operate from a loving state as much as possible.
I wanted all my actions and communications—both internal and external—to be from a place of love. I was craving a high vibration lifestyle.
That is when I came up with the idea to put love into action and see if it would become embedded into my state of being. It did.
I decided to do ten acts of love daily for thirty-one days and record the results. I had no idea what to expect, but I imagined I’d feel pretty good at least. I was blown away by the results, one being rapid (and easy!) manifesting.
It became evident only a few days in, that this Challenge would be life changing. The results were phenomenal and long lasting.
Almost immediately I began to feel blissful and a sense of connection and wholeness. About a week in, I became addicted to feeling so good and wanted to generate as much love as I could and spread it as far as possible.
That is when I realised: simple acts of love will change the world.
The love actions, as I call them, are a mix. Some are focused on self-love, others on sending love out, and the remaining are to boost your awareness of love and appreciation. As mentioned, there were ten acts of love I did daily, a few of them multiple times a day but mostly just once a day.
It was beautiful.

Send five messages of love to people
Hug yourself
Write down ten things you love each day – try to make them all different.
Even if you only did these for a few days in a row, I guarantee you will feel a difference. When you put love into action, you feel amazing and it creates loving energy that surrounds you, which permeates your environment and positively impacts those you encounter.
Doing love is so simple and effective I decided to make it even easier by creating three mini challenges that will boost anyone’s loving feelings.
These consist of three to four love actions that are done daily for a week. It made sense to use the same love actions from the Full-On Love Challenge and divide them into the three areas they naturally fell into:
- Self-love
- Sending love
- Just love
