Refund & Cancellation Policy

I want you to feel confident when purchasing from Living in Love with Colinda. This policy explains your cancellation and refund rights when purchasing digital products and coaching services from me.

Please read this policy before completing your purchase. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

 

Digital Products

Digital products include guided meditations, digital cards, e-books, downloadable resources, and other automated digital content available through my store.

  • Immediate Access & Waiver: When you purchase digital content for immediate download or streaming before the end of the statutory 14-day cancellation period, you will be asked at checkout to give your express consent to immediate access and acknowledge that once downloading or streaming begins, you lose your statutory right to cancel.
  • Change of Mind: Because access is provided immediately upon purchase, refunds are not available if you simply change your mind after download or access has started.
  • Faulty Content: If a digital product is defective, corrupted, not as described, or you experience technical issues accessing the file, please contact me at info@colindalatour.com. I will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item in accordance with your legal rights.

 

 14-Day Cooling-Off Period for Coaching Services

 When you purchase a coaching service online, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period.

  • This cancellation window begins the day after your purchase is confirmed.
  • You do not need to provide a reason for cancelling during this statutory period.
  • To exercise your right to cancel, email info@colindalatour.com before the 14-day period expires, stating clearly that you wish to cancel. You may use the Model Cancellation Form below, though it is not compulsory.
  • If you cancel during this period before any coaching service or preparation has commenced, you will receive a full refund.

 

Starting Coaching Within the 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

 You do not have to wait 14 days before we begin working together. 

  • Express Request: If you schedule or request a coaching session to take place within the 14-day cooling-off period, you are expressly requesting that the service begins before the cancellation period ends. 
  • Partial Performance: If you subsequently exercise your statutory right to cancel after service delivery has started but before it is complete, you will be refunded minus a proportionate amount representing the services already delivered up to the cancellation notice. 
  • Full Performance: Once a session or service is fully completed within the 14-day period, your right to cancel ceases completely, provided you expressly requested the early start and acknowledged this loss of cancellation rights.

 

Living in Love Reset (1:1 Session) 

Your Living in Love Reset is a dedicated, reserved 50-minute 1:1 coaching session. 

  • If you book your appointment to take place within 14 days of purchase, you expressly request that the service take place during your cooling-off period. 
  • Once your 50-minute session has been completed, the service has been fully performed and your statutory right to cancel is extinguished. 

Rescheduling and Session Cancellations: 

  • 24+ Hours’ Notice: If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ written notice. Your session will be moved to another available slot at no additional charge. 
  • Less than 24 Hours’ Notice or No-Shows: If you provide less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to attend your booked appointment, you forfeit the session and the fee will not be refunded, subject always to mandatory statutory protections. Genuine emergencies will be considered sympathetically on an individual basis. 
  • Cancellations by Me: If I must reschedule due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, I will offer an alternative date. If no mutually acceptable date can be found, you will receive a full refund for that session.

 

Coaching Packages & Programmes 

  • The statutory 14-day cooling-off period applies to multi-session packages and programmes purchased online, starting the day after purchase. 
  • If you begin your programme during the 14-day window, you agree to pay for the proportion of services, materials, and sessions delivered up to the date of cancellation. 
  • After the 14-day statutory cooling-off period expires, all cancellations, pauses, payment plans, and refunds are governed strictly by the dedicated Coaching Agreement signed prior to commencing the programme.

 

How Refunds Are Processed 

  • Timeframe: Where you are legally entitled to a refund following a valid cancellation, I will process the reimbursement without undue delay, and in any event within 14 calendar days of the date I receive your clear cancellation notice. 
  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal) used during purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
