Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 16 September 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of colindalatour.com, my online store, and the digital products, coaching services and other services provided by Colinda Latour, sole trader, trading as Living in Love with Colinda, operated by Colinda Latour (“I”, “me” or “my”).
By using my website or purchasing a product or service from me, you agree to these Terms where applicable to your use or purchase.
Purchases are also subject to my Refund & Cancellation Policy and the handling of your personal information is explained in my Privacy Policy.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

You may use my website for lawful personal purposes.
You must not knowingly:
- use the website in a way that violates applicable law;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or associated systems;
- introduce viruses, malware or other harmful material;
- interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- use automated tools to scrape, reproduce or extract substantial amounts of website content without permission; or
- use my website or content in a way that infringes my rights or those of another person.
I may restrict access where I reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or where necessary to protect the website, my business or other users.
- Products & Services
I may offer:
- guided meditations and audio or video content;
- digital cards, ebooks and downloadable resources;
- one-off coaching sessions, including the Living in Love Reset;
- coaching packages, including Living in Love Lifestyle Sessions;
- coaching programmes, including Living in Love: The Embodiment Journey;
- workshops, events and other coaching or wellbeing services; and
- other related products and services introduced from time to time.
Each product or service page will describe what is included, the price and any important conditions specific to that purchase.
Please read the relevant description before purchasing.
- Age Requirement
My coaching services are intended for people aged 18 or over.
By purchasing coaching, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.
- Orders & Payment
When making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate information and confirm that you are authorised to use your chosen payment method.
The total price payable, including applicable taxes where collected, will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Payments may be processed by third-party platforms and payment providers, including those made available through Payhip.
A contract is formed when your order and payment are successfully accepted and you receive confirmation of your purchase.
If a product or service has been listed with an obvious pricing or descriptive error, I reserve the right to correct the error. If this affects an order you have already placed, I will contact you and, where appropriate, offer you the option to proceed on the corrected basis or receive a refund.
- Digital Products
Digital products are supplied electronically. No physical item will be sent unless the product description specifically says otherwise.
Access may be provided by download, email, your customer account or another method explained at purchase.
Where you choose immediate access to digital content during your statutory cancellation period, you will be asked to expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge the effect this has on your cancellation rights.
Details are set out in my Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Digital content will be provided as described and your statutory rights in relation to faulty, unsuitable or incorrectly described digital content are unaffected.
UK guidance specifically requires consent to immediate downloading/streaming and acknowledgement of the resulting loss of the 14-day cancellation right.
- Personal Use & Intellectual Property
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all digital products, coaching materials and original content I provide are for your personal, non-commercial use only.
This includes, where applicable:
- Love Actions;
- guided meditation recordings and scripts;
- digital cards and resources;
- ebooks and written materials;
- coaching exercises, frameworks and methods;
- programme materials;
- audio and video content;
- website articles and resources;
- graphics and other original Living in Love content.
All intellectual property rights in my original content remain mine or, where applicable, belong to the relevant licensor.
Purchasing or accessing my content gives you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use it for its intended purpose.
Unless I have given you written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell, resell, sublicense or commercially exploit my products or materials.
You must not share purchased files or programme materials with other people, whether for payment or free of charge.
- Coaching Services
My coaching services provide personalised coaching, guidance, support and practical tools for personal development, self-love and wellbeing.
Depending on the service and your individual needs, coaching may include personalised Love Actions and practices such as Heart Breathing, breath work, visualisation, EFT Tapping or Reiki.
Multi-session coaching packages or programmes may require you to sign a separate coaching agreement before coaching begins.
Where a specific coaching agreement applies, it forms part of our agreement for that service. If there is a conflict concerning the delivery of that particular coaching programme, the specific coaching agreement will apply, subject always to your statutory rights.
- Coaching, Wellbeing & Professional Advice
Coaching and my wellbeing resources are intended for personal development and general wellbeing.
They are not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, counselling, psychiatric treatment or other regulated healthcare services, and I do not diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions through my coaching services or digital products.
Nothing I provide should be treated as medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
If you have concerns about your physical or mental health, you should seek appropriate support from a suitably qualified healthcare professional.
- Your Responsibility & Results
Coaching is collaborative, but decisions about your life and how you use what we discuss remain your own.
You are responsible for your choices, actions and participation.
While I will provide the coaching and services you purchase with appropriate care and skill, specific personal or business outcomes cannot be guaranteed because results depend on your individual circumstances, participation, choices and factors outside my control.
Testimonials and examples of other clients' experiences illustrate individual experiences and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same results.
UK consumer law nevertheless requires services to be performed with reasonable care and skill; these Terms do not seek to remove that obligation.
- Booking Coaching Sessions
Coaching appointments are booked using the booking method provided to you.
You are responsible for booking and attending your appointments at the agreed time.
If you arrive late, I may not be able to extend the session beyond its scheduled finishing time.
Cancellation, rescheduling, cooling-off periods and refund arrangements are contained in my Refund & Cancellation Policy and, where applicable, your individual coaching agreement.
If I need to cancel a session, I will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative appointment.
- Starting Coaching During Your Cooling-Off Period
You do not have to wait until your statutory cooling-off period has ended before beginning coaching.
If you choose to start receiving coaching during that period, you will be asked to expressly request that I begin providing the service.
If you cancel after coaching has begun but before the cancellation period ends, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services already provided.
Where a service is fully performed during the cancellation period following the required express request and acknowledgement, your statutory cancellation right may end.
Full details are provided in my Refund & Cancellation Policy.
This reflects the current Consumer Contracts Regulations requirements for services commencing during the cancellation period.
- Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling
My Refund & Cancellation Policy explains:
- statutory cooling-off rights;
- immediate access to digital content;
- starting coaching during the cooling-off period;
- cancellation and rescheduling of coaching appointments;
- refunds for digital products; and
- arrangements for coaching packages and programmes.
The Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms.
Nothing in either document excludes or limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
When you put this onto your website and Payhip, hyperlink “Refund & Cancellation Policy” in this section and wherever else it appears to the policy page you've just created.
- Technical Requirements & Access
You are responsible for having suitable internet access, equipment and software necessary to access digital products or participate in online coaching.
If you experience a technical problem with something you have purchased, please contact info@colindalatour.com and I will make reasonable efforts to help.
This does not affect your statutory rights if digital content is faulty or not as described.
- Confidentiality
Information you share during private coaching sessions will be treated confidentially.
I will not ordinarily disclose information you share during coaching without your permission, except where disclosure is required or permitted by law or where I reasonably believe disclosure is necessary because of a serious risk of harm.
More detailed confidentiality provisions may be included in an individual coaching agreement.
- Privacy & Personal Information
Personal information is handled in accordance with applicable data-protection law and my Privacy Policy.
My Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected and used when you:
- visit my website;
- make a purchase;
- contact me;
- subscribe to communications;
- book coaching; or
- participate in my services.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. I do not receive or store your complete payment-card details simply because you make a purchase through one of those providers.
- Marketing Communications
Purchasing from me or using my website does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications.
Where you separately choose to receive newsletters or marketing communications, you may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link provided or by contacting info@colindalatour.com.
I deliberately changed this from your existing website terms, which currently say that simply using the service means someone agrees to subscribe to your marketing. I would remove that. Consent to marketing should be handled separately.
- Third-Party Websites & Services
My website, store, products or services may contain links to or use third-party websites and services, such as booking, payment, video-hosting or other technology providers.
Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
I am not responsible for the content or operation of third-party websites that I do not control, although this does not affect any responsibility I have to you in relation to products or services you purchase directly from me.
- Website Availability & Changes
I aim to keep my website and online resources available and accurate, but I cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
I may update, change or withdraw website content, products or services offered for future purchase.
Where you have already purchased something, I will not materially reduce or change the service you purchased without appropriate notice or agreement.
- Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights in relation to faulty or incorrectly described digital content or services that have not been provided with reasonable care and skill.
Subject to those rights, I am not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when our contract was formed or losses arising from circumstances genuinely outside my reasonable control.
If you purchase as a consumer, I am not responsible for business losses arising from your personal use of my products or services.
I've deliberately replaced the much broader US-style exclusions in your existing terms. UK guidance specifically warns that businesses cannot simply contract out of responsibility for matters such as death/personal injury, faulty products and certain unsatisfactory services, and unfair exclusions may be unenforceable.
- Events Outside My Reasonable Control
I will not be responsible for delay or failure to provide a service caused by circumstances genuinely outside my reasonable control.
If this affects a booked coaching service, I will make reasonable efforts to contact you and arrange an appropriate alternative.
- Complaints
If you're unhappy with a product or service, please contact me at info@colindalatour.com.
Please provide your name, relevant purchase details and a brief explanation of the issue so I can investigate it.
I will aim to resolve genuine concerns fairly and reasonably.
- Copyright Concerns
I respect the intellectual property rights of others.
If you believe content on my website or store infringes intellectual property rights that you own or are authorised to represent, please contact info@colindalatour.com with details of the content concerned and the basis of your claim.
This replaces the lengthy US DMCA procedure in your existing website terms. You're a UK business, so there's little value in making your customers wade through a US statutory notice procedure unless you have a specific reason to operate one.
- Changes to These Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to my business, products, services or legal obligations.
Changes will apply to future website use and purchases from the effective date shown at the top of the Terms.
The Terms applying to an existing purchase will not be retrospectively changed to your disadvantage unless required by law or expressly agreed with you.
The latest version will always display its last-updated date.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections applicable where you live.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
- Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
Any invalid provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary.
- Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the documents expressly incorporated into them, including the Refund & Cancellation Policy and any applicable individual coaching agreement, form the agreement relating to the relevant purchase or service.
Nothing in this section excludes liability for fraud or prevents either party from relying on rights that cannot legally be excluded.
